2011. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.Following their recommendation, I bought a cambridge amplifier with two monitor audio loudspeakers plus some cables. The staff was friendly and helpful and even brought the equipment to my place and installed.The first day the equipment had to operate more than one hour, after 2-3 hours at mid power, the amplifier cut the sound and then the nightmare started for more than 6 months.Always the same problem would display in the ampli ('overload- protect- overload- protect').The Rik team had to come and try t fix it multiple times times, I even had the equipment replaced for a while Rik studio send the equipment to the factory for a check-out. When they gave it back to me it worked for a week and then, the problem was back in less than a week!!!At this point in time, after 6 months of nightmare I just ask for a full refund or a full replacement. They wouldn't accept it, and offered me to try to fix it again. That was enough; I had spend more than 1000 for an equipment that was just a big headache! I felt tricked. They sold me a malfunctioning equipment and didn't refund my money!Summary of my Experience:Friendly and competent staff but Awful refund policy; if anything goes wrong get some aspirins because you're likely yo need them.

Just bought some new lp’s at the VinylVinyl (Rik Soet Audio) store. I had already visited their website to find out which records were on stock. It came to me as a big surprise to find a new collection of lp’s just arrived in their store. I am a big Johhny Cash fan and scored some new American recording albums. Great shop, good atmosphere and a beautiful collection of vinyl lp’s!
